Our food manufacturing and sales business features a growing lineup of original products, including Agu Pork Gyoza made with premium Okinawa-bred Agu pork, Spicy Island Chili Oil packed with island-grown ingredients, and a variety of sweets based on Jiimami (Okinawan peanut tofu), a beloved local delicacy. These products are popular at souvenir shops and airports across the prefecture, and are also highly appreciated in markets outside Okinawa, both in Japan and overseas. In addition, we produce a wide range of foods beyond regional specialties, such as the well-known cheesecake from Wanda Obasan’s Shop, a beloved brand that has been cherished by locals for over 30 years. Sui Ryukyu Fresh Noodles is crafted with an uncompromising dedication to broth and fresh noodles. This specialty offers three delicious variations: – Premium Broth with Katsuobushi Flakes: a rich, deeply aromatic soup enhanced by the bold flavor of bonito. – Premium Broth with Soft Bone Pork Rib (Soki): a perfect harmony of savory broth and chewy noodles. – White Tonkotsu Broth with Agu Pork: a creamy, flavorful soup featuring Okinawa’s prized Agu pork.

Aunt Wanda’s Shop Founded

Began production and sales of tofu yoyo at Longtan.
- Begins production and sales of Ryutan Tofu Yoyo. Awarded Monde Selection for three consecutive years.

Developed frozen Agu dumplings.
- Developed frozen Agu dumplings. Currently developing the Shi-chan brand.

- 2023
The Shuritenro brand was born.
- The Jima-Mi series and beni-imo pudding made from 100% Okinawan products were created with the hope that people can enjoy Okinawan food culture at home.

- 2024
Ryukyu Namaemen “sui” is born.
- The flavorful, sticky texture of the fresh noodles and the gem of a soup that has been tried and tested many times are the specialties of this Okinawa soba.

Certifications

As part of this commitment, we have obtained certification of conformity to the [JFS-B standard], an international standard for food safety management, and have established a manufacturing and management system based on strict standards. We also implement thorough quality control and hygiene management in the manufacturing process to ensure that all of our products meet the highest quality standards.
