Pursuing and Sharing the Uniqueness of Okinawan Culture—
The One Universal Path to Global Recognition
Since our founding in 1993, we have remained committed to our motto: “To share Okinawan culture widely, deeply, and accurately with the world.” Guided by this mission, we have continued to develop our business with food at its core.
Over the years, our business has expanded to include restaurants, hotels, bridal services, food manufacturing, trading, healthy meal delivery, and content creation.
Each of these businesses serves as a unique platform for promoting Okinawan culture.
All of our divisions come together and support one another as a single, united group dedicated to this purpose.

Boldly Embracing and Integrating Other Cultures—
Creating an Even Stronger Okinawan Culture
To put it frankly, we believe Okinawan culture is our greatest and most unique “product.”
It is our responsibility to share this vibrant and creative culture with the world—widely, deeply, and accurately.
We feel this mission strongly.
But if we only preserve and communicate our traditions, Okinawan culture will eventually be depleted.
We must also boldly embrace and integrate outstanding aspects of other cultures encountered as we expand, to further enrich and strengthen Okinawan culture.
For example, the word “champuru”—a signature Okinawan dish—comes from an Indonesian word meaning “to mix,”
and “kooreeguusu,” an essential seasoning for Okinawa soba, means “Korean medicine.”
This shows that even our ancestors developed Okinawan culture by learning from and blending with other cultures.

Our Mission Is Both Our Unwavering Guideline
and the Everlasting Engine that Drives Us Forward
Through our ongoing pursuit of the mission “To share Okinawan culture widely, deeply, and accurately with the world,” we have realized an important truth.
Our mission is not only an unwavering guideline that shapes our direction, but more importantly, it is the essential driving force and everlasting engine behind our growth and progress.
For this reason, we believe that preserving, evolving, and passing on the uniqueness of Okinawan culture is not only our path to success throughout Japan,
but also the one universal way to make an impact on the world.
